Administrative Professional Day 2026

This week, IRI celebrated Administrative Professionals Day, a vibrant holiday dedicated to the staff who keep our office running seamlessly every single day and support our core program operations. To show our deep appreciation, the office was transformed with a festive display of balloons and shared some cake as a team. Along with a few thoughtful gifts, the day served as a well-deserved tribute to the colleagues who turn our daily challenges into organized successes. Below are our very own administrative professionals share in their own voices their perspectives and reflections on their roles at IRI.

Thank you so much for the appreciation, it truly means a lot to know that the work we do at IRI is valued. Being a part of the Administrative Services  team has taught me so much, and it has been a valuable experience. I look forward to continuing to grow as an administrative professional, and to keep contributing my skills in support of the agency’s mission. Thank you again for all the ongoing support and appreciation. - Ashley Predvil, Program Specialist

I feel fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated and hardworking group of professionals, and I’m grateful for the recognition and support we receive from the executive team. It’s incredibly meaningful to know that the work we do behind the scenes is valued. I’m also very thankful for my role at IRI, as well as for the continued investment in our professional development and the ongoing support. - Sabrina Aleman, Program Specialist

Thank you all for the kind recognition today. Reflecting on my five years with the agency, I am incredibly grateful for the community that I have found here. While the workload is often complex and demanding, the consistent appreciation and support I receive from the team make every challenge rewarding. I am proud to contribute to our shared mission and look forward to our continued success. - Kaiia Watts, Executive Assistant
