The Holiday Spirit Came Through IRI

Over the past 2 weeks, a series of celebrations took place at IRI highlighting a sense of community, fun, and “familyship.” These celebrations took various forms, including but not limited to, Holiday Hat Day, Ugly Sweater Day, and Pajama Day, as well as a hot chocolate morning. We also hosted a major luncheon at Vivo! Bayside during which more than 50 of our senior, fiscal, administrative services, quality assurance, executive, clinical, and human resources staff had an opportunity to be together and reflect on the year. These relationship-building events add to IRI’s resilience and remind us that cohesive teams make for high-performing teams.
