Rehabilitating the Vacation Home to Meet the Needs of over 250 People

On June 26, 2026 members of the executive and senior staff visited the IRI vacation home upstate New York.  As you know we are in full rehabilitation mode and some of the finer details and decisions needed to be thought through and communicated to the general contractor and architect.  The home is being completely rehabilitated and expanded as well as will be equipped in such a way to be safe and updated. Over the next 60 days, discussions are scheduled with a landscape architect to deal with the many possibilities being explored from walking trails, tennis or pickleball court, a three hole golf course, a vegetable garden and the varied topography of the 15 acres.  A number of surprises are in store for those who will be vacationing there.  Our best guesstimate is for the vacation home to be ready on or before Thanksgiving.
