Managing the Aftermath of Today’s Storm

This is to confirm that: (a) all IRI day  habilitation programs are closed on Monday January 26, 2026 and will reopen on January 27, 2026; (b) all day habilitation staff are expected to report to their work locations at their scheduled times; (c) all second-floor Elmont and administrative staff as well as all non day habilitation staff from the first floor at Elmont are expected to report to work as scheduled and (d) all residential staff are expected to report to their sites at their scheduled hours.

Any employee who is unable to report to work in person on January 26, 2026 due to weather conditions and related challenges must contact their direct supervisor as soon as possible.

Please ensure timely and clear communication with your supervisor regarding your work plans. As always, we appreciate  all efforts to come to work as the people we support depend on you for their health and safety.  In line with our principles of kindness and execution, we will effectively get through the day.  Keep warm and be safe
