Annual Vineyard Gathering
On August 17, 2024, IRI hosted several board members, staff, and their families, as well as friends of the agency, to lunch at Del Vino Vineyards in North Port. This has become an annual gathering to acknowledge the hard work of so many staff, to connect to our community, to revisit our mission, and to recommit to the evidence-based practices that have allowed us to thrive. Ana Koessler, Chief Administrative Officer, and a small but highly effective team produced and executed an intimate and classy event (see some pictures using the link below).

In a year when we celebrate our 40th Anniversary and highlight our resilience given recent annual revenue cuts, we are growing by leaps and bounds. IRI recognizes that its staff and their families make tremendous personal sacrifices to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their best lives.
Finally, we acknowledged our secret weapon of holding each other accountable for key outcomes while recognizing that we are a big family: the IRI Family.
