Annual Meeting of the IRI Board of Directors

On March 18, 2026 the IRI board of directors held its annual meeting as well as the officers’ elections of the board. During the meeting, two critical presentations were made and one training provided.  Ms. Lina Saray, IRI Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer presented the operating budget for Fiscal Year 26/27 as well as provided a full briefing of the agency investment portfolio.  Ms. Susan McGrath, IRI Chief Compliance Officer,  presented the agency’s annual trend report, provided the annual board training focusing on governance and oversight responsibility as well as reviewed two policies that were recently updated and the risk compliance plan.  Meeting ended with Mr. Gael Monteil, IRI board president thanking the board members for their service and commitment to the mission.
