2026 Live Staff Engagement Event

On June 5, 2026 IRI executive and senior leadership teams hosted all 635 employees to what has become an annual (serious and fun) event.  The “Live Staff Engagement Event” is a day long event that was created as a means of getting staff together to bond, play, be trained, sign annual commitment documents, set new passwords, update one’s contact information, learn more about our benefits and promotional opportunities, have one-to-one time with executive and senior leadership as well as the opportunity to hear from the ground and directly from all staff without filters what the backbone (DSPS, front line managers, and clinicians) of our organization is thinking, feeling and experiencing.  These conversations serve to anchor some critical strategic and tactical decisions we make for this coming year and beyond.  Special THANK YOU to the Human Resources, Fiscal and Administrative services staff who work tirelessly for weeks to create a nice ambiance, a positive experience and the opportunity to be in a safe place.
