Lina Saray
Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer
Lina first joined IRI in August 2025 as Director of Human Resources, bringing with her a strong background in nonprofit management. In 2023, she was named Chief of Staff while continuing to lead the Human Resources department. In her new role as Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer, Lina will oversee both the financial and HR operations of the organization, reflecting her comprehensive expertise and leadership within the organization.
Prior to joining IRI, Lina held a range of management roles within a large network of nonprofit agencies serving individuals with developmental disabilities. She has a deep understanding of the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) system and possesses expert knowledge in executive management, budgeting and financial operations, talent acquisition and retention, and compensation and benefits strategy.
Lina holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Economics from Seton Hall University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College. She also holds a certificate in financial accounting from the Harvard School of Business and another certificate of management from the Harvard Extension School. Lina is fluent in Spanish.
