Thanksgiving at IRI

On November 20, 2025 IRI hosted a beautiful lunch for all staff as we begin to celebrate Thanksgiving. Clearly, we have much to be grateful for, including but not limited to, having individuals with developmental disabilities who incessantly teach us humility and compassion and with whom we laugh and cry, as well as caring staff providing quality supports to people with I/DD. This dynamic is omnipresent in our homes and day programs, but is particularly evident during celebrations from birthdays, 4th of July, Hispanic Heritage Month, and Thanksgiving. What a terrific event; the first of many as we usher in the holiday season.
