IRI Board and Leadership Annual Review

On January 24, 2025 members of the IRI board and the executive staff came together at Prime 1024 to annually review our five year plan, assess our strategic objectives and ensure that we are adhering to our mission and core values. The discussion was lively and instructive. It was clear that the thinking is to ensure that sustainability is at the center of our practices guided by the principles of “kindness” and “execution.” The final product is truly the hard work of the individuals, families, direct support staff, and leadership staff who took the preliminary discussions seriously. Finally, thank you to everyone for their participation and for Ana Koessler, IRI Chief Administrative Officer who served as the executive producer for the event.
