IRI Workforce Retention and Planning

On October 15, 2025 members of the executive team met with Mr. Gael Monteil, IRI Board President, for a wide ranging discussion of strategic and tactical initiatives with an emphasis on workforce retention and planning. This was an opportunity to discuss some of the challenges and opportunities relative to quality supports and think through how we may achieve workforce stability and engagement. The session was though to be fruitful and productive.
