Checking in With Our Team Members (An Annual and Fun Ritual)

On June 15, 2025 we executed a “live paycheck” event. This is an annual IRI event where and when we take the opportunity to thank our staff for selecting IRI as their employer, engage in some testing of our internal controls, get a chance to connect though games, raffles, massages, and casual conversations as well as ensuring that our current policies are redistributed and signed for. The event planning was led by Ana Koessler, Chief Administrative Officer and her team. The actual check distribution and document securitization were handled by staff from the fiscal and HR departments led by Lina Saray, Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer. The event was well received and folks hung out with us way after they got their paychecks. We are truly a “community of care and unity.” You can find a slideshow of photos from the event below.
