Brunch During DSP Week is Always Fun and Instructive

Early this week, we hosted our DSPs to a delicious brunch, fun games, exciting raffle prizes and an opportunity to connect with each other. The day long event was well received.  IRI DSPs support a complex population and make a true effort to engage in “best in class” practices, follow well-honed protocols, and implement our approach to supports which include getting it done with KINDNESS and COMPETENCE.  It was an opportunity to also hear directly from our DSPs about what works well, what needs to be improved, and their professional challenges.  While this was a day of fun as depicted in the link below, we want to take time to thank each one of them not only for their professionalism and dedication but for their radical candor.  Our management team heard you and are already hard at work to act on many of your recommendations.  Thank you for choosing IRI as your employer; we are so happy about that.  See you again soon.
