Big Re-Opening of the Floral Park Residence

On June 9, 2025 IRI hosted an open house at our Floral Park Residence IRA that is being reopened after a major renovation of the home. Parents, family members, and Ms. Becker from the IRI board were treated to a tour of the rehabilitated home with all of its new furnishings. The expectation is for all seven individuals who had been displaced to return to their home before June 16, 2025. Special thanks to Ana Koessler, Chief Administrative Officer and Sophia Lulgjuray, Chief of Staff and Director of Social Services who spearheaded the complete physical rehabilitation; Natalia Moore, Quality Assurance Coordinator who took charge of securing and installing all of the furnishing; and to Miknaly Figueroa, Director of Residential Services who made sure that the guys and gals were well taken care of while they were relocated to different homes for more than 6 months. Great job to all.
