2025 Annual Program Trainee Event Luncheon
On August 21, 2025 IRI hosted twelve staff who are part of the program trainee initiative, focused on developing young professionals and exploring their aptitudes and interests as they consider different career paths. Ana Koessler, IRI Chief Administrative Officer and Lina Saray, IRI Chief Financial & Human Resources Officer oversee the program which has trained at least 60 new college graduates since its inception in 2020. This annual event was held at Prime and is designed to have an open discussion with some of our senior staff, current trainees, and past trainees who are now employed in a variety of professional positions from Human Resources, finance, program operations, clinical services, and administrative services. A number of our senior staff, including Sophia Lulgjuray, Chief of Staff & Director of Social Services; Cara Levy, Director of Community Services; Ruth Edoho, Director of Program Evaluation; Diyala Shannak, Director of Human Resources; and Mary Bosnack, Director of Accounting Services attended as part of our leadership supporting this very effective professional development anchored in experiential training.
