Family Reimbursement

IRI recognizes that there are times when families simply cannot sustain the cost of caring for a family member who has an intellectual or developmental disability.

The Family Reimbursement Program provides resources to obtain respite care for a family member who has an intellectual or developmental disability. We additionally assist families with costs of goods and services required but not covered by Medicaid.

This program is available in Queens and Brooklyn.
