Todd Pinkus
Chief Financial Officer
Todd Pinkus joined Innovative Resources for Independence (IRI) in July 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining IRI, Todd was Executive Director of Meaningful NY (MNY), an agency in the OPWDD system providing Community Habilitation, Fiscal Intermediary services, employment opportunities, and other supports to over to two hundred individuals with IDD. He was at MNY for 7 years. Todd also worked with the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene and the Department of Aging, with the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) to improve their systems and processes for investigating medicaid fraud and overpayments. He was also at the New York Integrated Network (NYIN) for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities where he held the position of Director of Operations.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas, a master's in Aging and Long Term Care from the University of Southern California (USC), and a Master of Public Administration from NYU.
