Program Eligibility
Are you or a loved one interested in learning more about our resources and support?
At IRI, we will be happy to guide you in finding the best resources for your needs. While our agency provides services to people of all ages, here are guidelines for determining eligibility. We believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to live a rewarding and fulfilling life. Our staff members are resourceful in helping individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to create and experience new-found independence.
As we work with each person, we begin to see the world through their eyes. Once we understand what they want, we can search for optimum ways to improve their lives by providing the needed supports that will help them achieve the lives they seek.
We serve individuals who were diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability before the age of 22.
While this is not a comprehensive list, these common diagnoses may qualify:
Mild, Moderate or Severe Intellectual Disability (IQ below 70)
Autism Spectrum Disorder

Epilepsy and Seizure Disorder
Down Syndrome
Angelman's Syndrome
Prader-Willi Syndrome
Fragile X Syndrome
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) diagnosed prior to age 22
Eligibility must be proven with each of the following:
Current medical examination
Psychological evaluation
Psycho-social evaluation
We will be happy to assist you in securing these evaluations.
