Susan McGrath
Chief Compliance Officer
Susan joined Innovative Resources for Independence (IRI) in September 2018 as Director of Quality Assurance and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining IRI, Susan served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance Officer at the Institutes of Applied Human Dynamics, Inc. (IAHD). Throughout Susan's 25 years in this field, she has strongly advocated for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
As a mother to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Susan not only measures every program, every service, and every support against our compliance with the various regulations but against what she would expect for her own son.
Susan has developed quality improvement policies and has established specific criteria for which her department measures "quality.” IRI's standards of quality go well beyond regulatory compliance; it is a new set of standards to ensure our individuals are leading the lives they’ve dreamed of for themselves.
