Lina Saray

Lina joined Innovative Resources for Independence (IRI) in August 2015 as Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining IRI, Lina held various management positions at YAI, a large network of non-profit agencies that provide services to people with developmental disabilities. Lina has expert knowledge of Talent Recruitment and Management, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, Organization Development, Compensation Design, and HR Compliance.
Lina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Economics from Seton Hall University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College. Lina is fluent in Spanish.
